REGISTRATION OPTIONS PARTIAL registration, for those who cannot attend the entire Conference, is available for only $85 ($28.33 per day) from Thursday through Saturday. Partial registration includes a Conference Program booklet with rhinestone pin, admission to the Expo and Expo Premiere Opening, and qualifies registrants to enroll in Thursday-through-Saturday classes and events. Individual fees for classes and events are not included in registration. ONE-DAY registration ($45) is available in advance and on site. You may register in advance to enroll in one-day classes and events. When you register, please indicate your specific day(s) of interest. One-day registration includes a Conference Program booklet and qualifies registrants to enroll in one-day classes and events. Individual fees for classes and events are not included in registration. Although both members and nonmembers may register, membership is strongly encouraged and is ultimately more cost-effective. For information or to apply for membership, see the back of the registration form or join online at www.decorativepainters.org. Advanced registration is available through April 7, 2013. After that time, members and nonmembers must register on site at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, IL.
GUEST BADGES A maximum of two guest badges are available for $15 each to FULL registrants only. Guest badges admit their holders to the Expo and Expo Premiere Opening, Class Sales, and the Certification Display. Guest badges must be ordered at the time of registration. Sorry, no on-site guest badge requests are available. Unregistered Conference attendees may purchase daily Expo admission passes for $7 on site or a 3-day pass for $15. A daily pass qualifies its holder to Expo admission on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, Premiere Opening excluded. CANCELLATION POLICY Necessary cancellations for Conference requested in writing prior to April 3, 2013, entitle registrants to a partial refund; $35 of each registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after April 3, 2013. Full refunds will be made for classes that might be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. PARKING All Pheasant Run parking is free. ELECTRIC SCOOTER RENTAL There is an ample scooter supply available. Your scooter will be waiting for you upon your arrival at Pheasant Run. The cost will be from $175-$225 for the week, depending on the number of scooters rented. Please call Becky at 316.269.9300 x107 or email becky@decorativepainters.org to make your reservation. Please note that Pheasant Run and SDP will not be responsible for your scooter. GROUND TRANSPORTATION SDP can book transportation from O'Hare International and/or Midway International to and from Pheasant Run for you. The rates will be very competitive, but you will need to book through our office. Just mark "yes" on the Registration form if you will be traveling by air and you will be contacted for information so you can arrive at the hotel stress-free.
